Identity Theft Assertion

If you believe the account does not belong to you due to identity theft, submit a sworn statement with police report.

What happens after you opt out?

SMS communications stop immediately. We may still contact you by other channels (phone, email, mail) regarding your account in accordance with FDCPA and applicable law, unless you have separately exercised your FDCPA §1692c(c) right to cease all communication.

You may opt back in at any time by replying START or contacting us.
